This is my second time using East Town Storage, and the overall experience has always been great, convenient, and professional, anytime i have a question or concern staff addresses it right away I give East Town Storage Center 10/10 Highly recommend.

I rented out 10x10 and 10x20. It was clean, the storages were fenced in, & the location is good/safe. What sold me was the transparent pricing on the website and easy payment set up. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to a unit!

Our student needed very short term storage between lease terms. I called with only a few days notice, and Mark was able to set me up with a space over the phone. Right size, fair price, short term (one calendar month only), and we scheduled time to pick up key. When I picked up key, he took time to show me how to use the lock mechanism. Unit was very clean, and easy to access. Returned key in person, but he has mail drop in case he's not there. Would definitely use again. Security deposit returned within a week or so. Note the office and storage facility are at different locations.

10/10. Super friendly, helpful, and great service. I don't know how good renting a storage unit can be as an experience, but this was probably as good as it gets.

The East Towne Storage staff made it a quick and a painless process to move my business storage over. I will highly recommend them to others in need of extra storage.

I went on the web-site to check out sizes of storage units available and was able to book online, and quickly was able to secure a storage unit and began to move in. It is a convenient location. I appreciate the security at the facility. And would recommend to a friend looking for space.

Very convenient!! Used their website to book and pay for my unit up front! Was called back quickly stopped by and picked up the key and was on my way! All within a few hours Very nice people as well!

I like this place it's good and clean facility, I can go to my storage anytime I want and plus the gate is lock for our safety and secure. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with.

I have rented a storage locker here for almost 11 years. The owners have always been very reasonable and treated me nicely. Highly recommended!

Great price, the staff is all very friendly and super helpful. Rented with them for 2 years, and never had any issues. Storage units are very clean and easy to access. I got a pretty large unit, for a great price. Highly recommend!

Great place to live

It's clean, well-built, the locks work, and it's fenced in. Drawback: Managers are a little difficult to contact because this is a side business for them. Good folks, though.
